ICP-OES法测定面制食品中铝含量

Abstract
本文采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法进行测定,通过微波消解法对面制食品进行消解,该方法最低检出限0.027 μg/mL,加标回收率为98.8%~102.1%,测定结果与国标方法ICP-MS法比较检测数据不存在显著性差异.该方法具有灵敏度高、检测限低、线性范围宽、结果准确等特点,可以用于面制食品中铝的检测.
