已有的地沟油电导率检测需要用溶剂层析然后萃取,再进行电导率测定.本文用乳化剂方法将油样进行乳化,得到均匀的乳化液,让所有的极性分子都直接参与测定,方法简单实用.样品利用DDB-303电导率仪测定,可以鉴别正常油中加入老油或潲水油,最少添加量为2%时,精确度高.
