目的:分析及探讨PDCA管理工具在医院职工食堂餐饮服务中的管理成效.方法:运用PDCA方法分析医院职工食堂卫生、环境、菜品质量、服务态度等方面存在的问题并采取措施加以改进.结果:职工对食堂的满意度有所提高.结论:运用PDCA管理工具有利于改进职工食堂管理,提高服务质量.
