Abstract
通过对疾控中心绩效工资改革现状进行SWOT分析,明确疾控在绩效工资改革中存在的优势、劣势、机遇以及挑战.运用优劣势分析(SW)、机遇与挑战分析(OT)提出:建立岗位职责体系,合理设置工作岗位;普及绩效工资改革信息,提高全员参与;运用SOP制度明确工作重点,对难以量化的工作进行积分制考核,合理确定绩效考核分配要素权重比例.
