Abstract
目的:观察海洛因依赖大鼠海马CA1区磷酸化Tau、α-Synuclein蛋白表达变化及相互关系,以探讨神经元内易聚蛋白磷酸化Tau、α-Synuclein与海洛因致神经元损伤的关系.方法:建立海洛因成瘾大鼠模型,SD大鼠随机分为短时组2w、长时组4w及对照组.采用免疫组织化学方法,显示海洛因依赖大鼠海马CA1区磷酸化Tau、α-Synuclein的表达变化.结果:海洛因依赖大鼠海马CA1区中磷酸化Tau、α-Synuclein的表达均较对照组显著升高,长时组高于短时组(P<0.05).海洛因依赖组中磷酸化Tau与α-Synuclein的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.436,p<0.05).结论:海洛因中毒可引起神经元内磷酸化Tau蛋白、α-Synuclein异常聚集.
