Abstract
熊脱氧胆酸(Ursodeoxycholic Acid,UDCA)作为应用几十年的护肝药物,一直被作为其他护肝药物筛选的阳性对照药.但近年来,随着科学技术的不断进步,人们对肝损伤机制及UDCA保护作用有了更深一步的认识.本文对UDCA在药物性肝损伤(Drug-induced liver injury,DILI)、胆总管结扎(bile duct ligated,BDL)性肝损伤模型的应用情况进行简要概述,以期为UDCA在相关肝胆疾病的应用研究提供参考.
