Abstract
目的:探讨肺癌患者脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds, CMBs)与同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine, Hcy)血浆浓度的关系.方法:将68例肺癌患者分为CMBs 组和无CMBs 组.记录两组患者一般情况、Hcy 浓度、血糖等情况,统计分析CMBs的危险因素.结果:CMBs 组Hcy浓度显著升高((p<0.05)).结论:肺癌患者CMBs与Hcy 浓度显著相关,Hcy可能为CMBs的独立变量.
