Abstract
目的 分析针对性产前乳房保健指导对新生儿母乳喂养率的影响.方法 选取2014年9月-2016年9月收治的40名孕产妇为研究对象,分为观察(针对性产前乳房保健指导)与对照(常规产前乳房保健指导)两组,对比两组母乳喂养情况.结果 观察组新生儿母乳喂养率为95％,高于对照组的50％,乳房问题发生率为5％,低于对照组的20％(P＜0.05).结论 针对性产前乳房保健指导有利于提高新生儿母乳喂养率,值得推广.
