晚期非小细胞肺癌外周血CTC与肿瘤组织EGFR表达的相关性

Abstract
目的:探究分析晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)与肿瘤组织EGFR表达的相关性.方法:以我院2015年6月—2017年11月收治的80例NSCLC患者为研究对象,在治疗前后测定患者外周血CTC以及肿瘤组织EGFR,回顾分析相关资料.结果:外周血CTC与肿瘤组织EGFR表达一致率为77.5％.结论:晚期非小细胞肺癌外周血CTC与肿瘤组织EGFR表达具有一致性,通过外周血CTC的检测可作为肿瘤组织EGFR表达的重要依据.
