Abstract
目的:评价产后出血采用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗的有效性.方法:筛选2015年3月-2016年3月产后出血的产妇116例分为甲组和乙组,治疗方法是甲组-缩宫素,乙组-卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液.分析两组疗效.结果:乙组止血总效率比甲组高,有显著差异(94.8%比81.0%,P<0.05).甲组与乙组产妇在用药物治疗时不良反应比较无显著差异(6.9%比5.2%,P>0.05).结论:产后出血采用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗临床疗效确切,安全.
