Abstract

目的:对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)在急性坏疽性胆囊炎治疗中的临床效果进行分析.方法:回顾性分析我院2008年5月到2013年5月采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术的30例急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者.结果:29例行LC术,平均手术时间为(55.4±10.2)min,平均术中出血量为(85.6±16.8)ml,平均术后引流管留置时间为(46.7±20.3)h,平均住院时间为(4.1±2.7)d.1例中转开腹.结论:对急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者实施LC,疗效甚佳,恢复快,术后并发症少,值得在临床上推行.
