Abstract
目的 :采用紫外分光光度法测定核桃花中的总黄酮含量.方法 :以芦丁为对照品,采用超声波提取和AlCl3显色,在417nm处测定吸光度,计算核桃花的总黄酮含量.结果 :芦丁的线性范围为2.29~29.96μg·mL-1,回归方程A=0.0262C+0.0421(r=0.9996,n=6);平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=0.91%;核桃花中总黄酮含量为10.18mg·g-1.结论 :该文首次以AlCl3显色分光光度法测定核桃花总黄酮含量,所用方法重复性好,结果准确.
