充足的睡眠是健康的基石,卧室环境会在一定程度上影响睡眠质量.近日,日本奈良医科大学一项研究发现,卧室的灯太亮,会让人体的生物钟和内分泌紊乱,不但影响睡眠,而且伤害身心健康.
