Abstract
熟地黄为地黄经九蒸九晒而成,一般认为熟地黄具有填精补肾、滋阴养血之效,而又因其壅滞、泥膈的副作用,使得后世医家畏于使用.笔者总结临床用药经验,以熟地黄的炮制、性味、归经谈起,从真精与气、血、阴、阳化生的关系入手,结合临床常见的熟地黄的副作用,浅谈临床上熟地黄的使用心得.
