Abstract
Dieulafoy病又称恒径动脉综合征,是引起上消化道大出血的少见原因之一,但其出血量大,病情凶险,严重威胁患者的生命 [1,2].其药物治疗效果不佳,内镜下治疗已成为最首要治疗手段,90％以上的Dieulafoy病病灶出血可经由内镜治疗控制 [3].然而各种内镜下治疗均有其优缺点,因此多种方法联合治疗逐渐受到重视 [3,4].作者近年来采用内镜下钛夹联合氩离子凝固术(APC)治疗上消化道Dieulafoy病,取得了良好的临床疗效,现将相关结果报道如下.
