输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗ESWL失败后输尿管结石42例报告

Abstract
目的:评价输尿管结石 ESWL失败后输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的临床治疗效果.方法:分析2010年9月~2015年10月输尿管结石 ESWL治疗后行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术42例临床资料.结果:输尿管镜钬激光一次碎石成功38例 ,成功率为90 .5 .3% (38/42 ) ,1例置镜失败 ,3例结石移位.42例中 ,结石并发息肉或肉芽36例 ,远端狭窄 5 例 ,输尿管扭曲 6 例. 结论:输尿管镜钬激光碎石术 ,创伤小 ,并发症少 ,是治疗输尿管结石ESWL 失败后的首选方法.
