Abstract
目的 探讨新生儿沐浴对新生儿体温的影响.方法 选取我院2018年1月-2018年6月收治的生命体征平稳的新生儿78例,监测新生儿沐浴前后体温,发现体温变化规律.结果 沐浴后新生儿体温明显下降,31±5.3分钟后恢复沐浴前体温.结论 新生儿沐浴后40分钟内应加强保暖,以减少消耗,促进生长,避免并发症.
