Abstract
患者,男,21岁.初诊日期:2017年5月30日.主诉:腰骶部疼痛7月余,伴双下肢外侧麻木.病史:7个月前劳累后出现腰骶部胀痛,呈持续性,晨起为重,伴有双下肢外侧麻木不适,曾于外院行腰椎CT:提示腰骶管内可见梭形低密度影,骶3～骶5椎体骶骨骨质受压变薄,符合骶管囊肿表现.住院行骶管囊肿切除术,术后症状未完全缓解.3个月前复查腰椎磁共振提示再次见骶管囊肿(较前缩小).
