Abstract
患者,男,28岁,于2016年2月26日初诊.因"反复低热1月余"前来就诊.现病史:1月前无明显诱因出现发热,体温最高达38.9℃,咳嗽、咳痰,痰中带血,憋喘,平路行走无明显症状,行至2楼即感憋喘,可平卧入眠.曾于山东省立医院急诊科治疗,血常规示:白细胞22.67×109/L,间断应用"其仙(注射用乳糖酸阿奇霉素)""克林霉素""左克(盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液)""沐舒坦"治疗,症状无明显减轻.
