耳针配合激光穴位照射治疗淋证58例

Abstract
2008年2月至2012年11月笔者采用耳针配合激光穴位照射治疗淋证58例,现报道如下.
1 临床资料
本组58例均为我院门诊病例,其中男38例,女20例;年龄最小44岁,最大69岁,平均(52±9)岁;病程2～15年,平均(7.2±3.4)年;中医辨证分型:热淋31例,气淋11例,膏淋5例,劳淋11例.临床均表现为小便频数短涩、淋沥刺痛,小腹拘急引痛,排尿烧灼感,尿潴留,迁延日久出现抑郁、失眠、记忆力下降等症状.
