硫熏中药材的快速检测方法研究

Abstract
目的:建立硫熏中药材、中药饮片中硫及各价态硫残留物的快速检测方法.方法:采用改良古蔡氏法,对3个品种的17批中药材及饮片进行试验,检验中药材、饮片的熏硫情况,测定含硫化合物的残留量.并对实验条件进行方法学验证.结果与结论:中药材、饮片的硫化铅斑点清晰,与标准斑点比对,可以确定硫化物的含量范围.操作简便,灵敏度高,是一种快速检验熏硫药材的定性方法和半定量方法.
