麦冬Ophiopogon japonicus是百合科沿阶草属多年生常绿草本植物,在我国大部分地区均有野生分布和栽培,其著名产地有四川省三台县(川麦冬)和浙江杭州(杭麦冬)[1].麦冬以块根入药,具有养阴生津、润肺清心功效,主治肺燥干咳,津伤口渴等证[2].
