炎症反应导致椎间盘退变,是目前关于椎间盘退变发生机制的主流观点之一.白细胞介素1、白细胞介素17、肿瘤坏死因子-α及其他炎症因子是导致椎间盘组织发生炎症反应的主要因素,在椎间盘退变的进程中发挥了重要的作用.本文对近年来关于这些炎症因子在椎间盘退变中的作用的研究进展进行了综述.
