Abstract
脊髓型颈椎病是脊柱外科常见病,病情较严重的中度、重度患者多采用手术方法治疗;轻度、症状不明显的中度患者及不能耐受手术的患者,多采用内服中药、针灸、推拿、牵引等中医药疗法治疗.虽然中医药治疗脊髓型颈椎病具有一定疗效,但适用范围有限,且缺乏统一的治疗规范和疗效评定标准.本文就脊髓型颈椎病的中医药治疗进展进行综合分析,以期为今后研究提供理论参考.
