艾叶提取物的化学成分及抗HBV活性分析

Abstract
目的:研究菊科艾Artemisia argyi干燥叶的化学成分及抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)活性.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱分离其化学成分,并根据理化性质、核磁共振波谱法、质谱法以及参考相关文献鉴定化合物结构,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法测定化合物对HepG 2.2.15细胞的毒性以及酶联免疫(ELISA)法检测各组分对HepG 2.2.15细胞上清液中HBeAg和HBsAg分泌的影响.结果:从艾叶乙酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为豆甾醇(1),5,4'-二羟基-6,7,3'-三甲氧基黄酮(3'-甲氧基蓟黄素)(2),达玛二烯醇乙酸酯(3),5,7,4'-三羟基-3',8-二甲氧基黄酮(4),十六烷酸丙酯(5).结论:化合物2~4为首次从艾叶中分离得到,其中3'-甲氧基蓟黄素对HBsAg和HBeAg有抑制作用,其对HBsAg的半数抑制浓度(IC50)为8.09 mg·L-1,对HBeAg的IC50小于2.5 mg·L-1.
