Abstract
目的:建立HPLC同时测定茵陈蒿汤中11种成分含量的方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Symmetry C18色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL· min-,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm.结果:来源于10家医院的茵陈蒿汤饮片组方中没食子酸、去乙酰车叶草酸甲酯、栀子苷、芦荟大黄素-8-0-葡萄糖苷、大黄酚-1-0-葡萄糖苷、大黄素-8-0-葡萄糖苷、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的质量分数分别在0.142~1.016,0.518~1.256,9.021 ~ 17.214,0.088 ~0.793,0.097 ~0.990,0.187~1.587,0.057~0.578,0.147~1.062,0.114~ 0.730,0.380~ 1.898和0.375~1.958 mg·g-1.结论:不同来源中药饮片组成的茵陈蒿汤中活性成分的含量存在较大差异.
