Abstract
类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)是以滑膜炎为主要病理表现的系统性疾病,目前已有研究证实,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路是类风湿关节炎发生发展的关键环节.一方面Wnt/β-catenin信号通路活化促进成骨细胞增殖分化,促进骨组织修复;另一方面,成纤维样滑膜细胞中Wnt/β-caten in通路上调,促进成纤维样滑膜细胞增殖,加重软组织增生,破坏骨关节.因此如何通过调节Wnt/β-catenin通路抑制成纤维样滑膜细胞增殖的同时促进骨修复对RA治疗具有重要研究意义.
