华蟾素联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的疗效与安全性Meta分析

Abstract
目的:采用Meta分析的方法,评价华蟾素联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及安全性.方法:计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EMbase、VIP、WanFang Data、CBM和CNKI数据库,检索时限为从建库至2015年10月,收集华蟾素联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的临床试验.由两位研究者按照纳入与排除标准,独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和评价纳入研究的方法学质量,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析,并对发表偏倚进行检验.结果:共纳入19项研究,1481例肝癌患者.Meta分析结果显示:华蟾素联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌,可以提高近期疗效和远期疗效,改善生活质量,部分减少不良反应.结论:华蟾素联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌优于单纯TACE治疗.
