Abstract
鼠尾草酸(Carnosicacid,CA)是一种酚型二萜类化合物,广泛存在于唇形科鼠尾草属鼠尾草( Salvia-japonica Thunb.)、三叶鼠尾草( Salviatrijuga Diels)、快乐鼠尾草(又称南欧丹参、香紫苏, Salviasclarea )及唇形科迷迭香属迷迭( Rosmarinusofficinalis )等植物中[1].鼠尾草酸为无色至淡黄色粉末晶体,分子式为C20 H28 O4 ,分子量为332. 4339,易溶于油脂,不溶于水,具有安全无毒、结构稳定、耐高温等特性[2].
