Abstract
目的 应用信息熵理论优选热毒宁口服制剂中金银花与栀子的提取工艺.方法 以绿原酸、栀子苷、木犀草苷提取率及浸膏得率为综合评价指标,选取提取时间、加水量及提取次数为影响因素,采用信息熵赋权法确定各指标的客观权重,实现对提取工艺的正交试验优选.结果 最佳提取工艺为12倍量水提取3次,每次1h.结论 信息熵理论可用于热毒宁口服制剂中金银花与栀子提取工艺的优选.
