Abstract
目的 建立藏药余甘子膏中没食子酸的测定方法.方法 采用30%甲醇提取样品;色谱条件为Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.04%磷酸溶液(10:90),柱温:35℃;体积流量:1.0mL/min;检测波长:274nm.结果 线性范围为1～200μg/mL(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为1.6%.结论 该方法简便,快速,准确,可用于藏药余甘子膏中没食子酸的测定.
