Abstract
胃肠动力障碍性疾病以其较高的发病率,严重影响人们的身体健康和生活质量.在目前医疗水平下,中药以其副作用小、选择面广、疗效确切等特点对胃肠动力障碍性疾病的治疗效果明显优于西药.就临床上用于治疗胃肠动力障碍性疾病常用的中药复方(包括半夏泻心汤、四磨汤、大承气汤等)以及单味中药(包括枳实、槟榔、砂仁等)对胃肠运动的影响进行综述,为胃肠动力障碍性疾病的临床治疗与新药开发提供依据.
