Abstract
针刺与艾灸是在中医学基础理论指导下,防治疾病的两种特色外治疗法,常以针灸并称.通过阅读针灸古籍,结合近代针灸文献研究进展,探讨针刺与艾灸的共同点,从理论基础和治疗特性两方面总结共同点:同以体表刺激为特点、同以病理状态为条件、同以明证审穴为指导、同以标本兼顾为原则、同以攻补兼施为手段、同以疏通经脉为根本、同以调和气血为关键、同以平衡阴阳为目的.对针刺与艾灸相同点的研究对针灸的临床应用具有共性指导意义.
