Abstract
目的 探讨大鼠失眠模型造模中对氯苯丙氨酸(para-chlorophenylalanine,PCPA)混悬液配制的改良方法,并对造模效果进行评价. 方法 98 只 SD 大鼠中 50 只用 NaOH 溶液配制法、24 只用 NaHCO3 溶液配制法和 24 只用改良法进行失眠大鼠造模,探讨制作 PCPA 致失眠模型的最佳方法. 结果 NaOH 溶液配制法 50 只大鼠造模失败,NaHCO3 溶液配制法 24 只大鼠造模失败,改良法 24 只大鼠造模成功,且 PCPA 剂量以 0.5 g/kg 造模效果最好(P＜0.05). 结论 改良的 PCPA 混悬液的配制法可以成功制作大鼠失眠模型.
