通过对药食同源植物茯苓化学成分、生物活性的比较分析,对茯苓综合开发利用的现状概述,发现茯苓是具有一系列抗癌抗炎、护肝养颜等生物学功效的高价值功能性植物,加强对茯苓的深入研究及开发利用,将为以茯苓为主要成分的中成药、保健食品的精细加工及多功能化妆品的研发提供基础与依据.
