本文从眩晕入手,整理了黄政德教授从肝论治眩晕的病因病机理论,总结了其从肝论治眩晕的实践经验,并选取了其临床病案进一步佐证其从肝治晕遣方用药特色.黄政德教授在病机上强调眩晕皆肝风作祟,并与痰、瘀、虚、火有关,在治疗上强调以调肝为基础,辅以不同治法,调肝则风息晕定.黄教授治疗眩晕经验独到,值得推广学习.
