Abstract
目的 优选葡萄籽软胶囊的制备工艺.方法 采用L9(34)正交表安排试验,以均匀度、流动性、沉降比等为考察指标,优选软胶囊内容物制备条件;通过囊皮制备情况、崩解时限等指标对囊皮配方进行选择.结果 葡萄籽软胶囊内容物配制以通过150目的原料提取物,加入总量30%的大豆油、3.5%的蜂蜡为佳;囊皮配方中明胶-甘油-水的比例为1∶0.5∶1.结论 所制得葡萄籽软胶囊工艺基本稳定,质量可控,可用于大生产.
