益气固脱法是具有传统医学特色的危重症治法.笔者有幸受第5批全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师张觉人教授指导,跟师查房、门诊、出诊,目睹张师运用益气固脱法治疗危重症.张师认为现代医学急症的快速发展不能完全取代传统医学急症治法,用之得当常可起到相得益彰的效果,益气固脱法就是例证.
