胆痛消片提取工艺的正交试验研究

Abstract
目的研究胆痛消片的提取工艺.方法优选最佳方法,采用正交试验考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数对胆痛消片蒽醌含量及收膏率的情况.结果最佳提取工艺为A1、C2、D3,即除打粉药外,用60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次60min,制得浸膏.结论该提取工艺合理可行.
