电针心经心包经穴对大脑中动脉梗阻模型大鼠心肌酶谱的影响

Abstract
目的:观察电针心经心包经穴对大脑中动脉梗阻(MCAO)模型大鼠脑缺血损伤后心肌酶谱的影响.方法:将120只SD大鼠随机分为6组,每组分设24、72 h两个亚组,每组10只.经穴组予以电针相应穴位,每12h1次,模型组、正常组捆绑处理,各组电针及捆绑处理大鼠后,颈动脉取血,采用双抗夹心酶联免疫法检测CK、CK-MB、LDH、α-HBDH的变化.结果:各组MCAO大鼠造模后血清CK、CK-MB、LDH、α-HBDH明显增高;电针内关组能明显下调CK、CK-MB、α-HBDH的升高,并优于照海穴、人中穴.电针内关、人中能抑制LDH升高,照海组能抑制α-HBDH表达.结论:电针内关、神门穴(尤其是内关)能抑制CK、CK-MB、α-HBDH在心肌中的过度释放,达到减轻心肌组织损伤,保护心脏作用,且作用强于人中、照海穴.
