Abstract

刺猬(Hedgehog,HH)信号通路与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,查阅大量文献发现HH信号通路中的相关蛋白(SHH、Patch1,Smoh)及转录因子(Gli1、Gli2、Gli3)在肿瘤的发生过程中呈现高表达,通过激活HH信号通路可促进肿瘤的发生,而沉默HH信号通路则可抑制肿瘤的发生.在正常人体环境中,HH信号通路的激活对维持机体或细胞的功能起着重要调节作用,中医药可通过抑制异常HH信号通路的激活发挥调节机体与细胞的功能.
