中医药研究中类风湿性关节炎动物模型建立的思考

Abstract
动物模型是中医药实验研究的重要载体,目前中医药研究中类风湿性关节炎(RA)动物模型的研制尚处于探索阶段,还不能为中医药研究提供较为理想的实验载体,仍需不断完善.从中医病因动物模型、西医病因病理动物模型、中医病证结合动物模型等3个角度对近年来中医药研究中RA动物模型的的研究思路、造模方法进行梳理分析,并提出自己的观点,以期为建立符合中医药研究所需的RA动物模型提供新的思路.
