江浙蝮蛇毒C4组分的分离纯化及药理性质研究

Abstract
目的:分离筛选江浙蝮蛇毒的C4组分,研究其毒性、机体耐受性和依赖性等药理学性质.方法:采用离子交换和分子筛,以柱层析法分离蛇毒C4组分,并用急性毒性实验和自然戒断实验、耐受性实验考察其毒性、依赖性和耐受性.结果:经分离筛选后得到C4组分,并获得蛇毒C4组分的毒性作用、机体耐受性和依赖性等性质.结论:C4组分作为江浙蝮毒中的一个有效组分,在一定剂量范围内安全性良好,未发现耐受性和依赖性,值得进一步开发利用.
