Abstract
聚合物整体柱是一种新型的色谱分离固定相,由单体、交联剂、致孔剂和引发剂在色谱柱管内原位聚合而成,具有快速分析、高效分离和制备简单等优点,近年来在生物样品分析领域受到越来越多的重视.从整体柱的分类及其在生物样品分析中的应用角度,综述了阳离子交换整体柱、阴离子交换整体柱、纳米材料修饰整体柱和分子印迹整体柱等多种聚合物整体柱类型的最新进展,并着重介绍了聚合物整体柱在中药分析领域的应用及前景.
