Abstract
通过检索近10年来国内外有关针刺对偏头痛机制影响的文献,理清针刺治疗偏头痛机制研究现状,发现针刺主要能从以下几个方面改善偏头痛的症状:调节脑部疼痛区域及颅内血流量,调节SP、CGRP、5-HT、β-EP在血浆中的含量,平衡ET和NO、血栓素B2与6-K-PGF1α、Gsa和Gia的比例等.针刺治疗对偏头痛机制的影响明显,为治疗本病提供理论支持,并为未来研究提供了方向.
