介绍采用火针围刺法治疗上臂复发性韧带样纤维瘤患者1例.复发性韧带样纤维瘤可归属中医学“骨瘤”范畴,病性为本虚标实,证属脾肾亏虚、瘀结经络.治疗以温通活血为主,选用火针围刺疗法.火针围刺法能温通经络、行气活血,从而消除肿物,具有对机体损伤小、简单易行的特点.
