Abstract
通过对《伤寒论》中6种特殊溶媒 (浆水、潦水、甘澜水、麻沸汤、清酒、苦酒) 的例证研究, 认为中药煎煮过程中受溶媒因素影响会产生药效差异.阐述特殊溶媒对药效的影响和作用机理, 同时建议在治疗同类疾病中推广使用特殊溶媒, 并提出通过合作开发传统药用溶媒.
