Abstract
以慢性肺系疾病为研究对象,结合前期聚散理论、肺络微型癥瘕理论研究结果,通过阐述中医学“毒”和“肺络”的内涵,提出慢性肺系疾病既可由外受毒邪引起,亦可由内生毒邪所致并加重,其核心痛机为毒损肺络,络脉瘀阻,对“毒损肺络”病机假说进行构建,并在此基础上进一步提出相应治疗方法.
