Abstract
追溯分经养胎理论源流、内涵,总结其临床运用.分经养胎理论认为,无论实际妊娠的起始时间如何,最初的胎儿发育与调护均需以母体的肝经为重,其后各妊娠月份与相应经脉也有类似关联,直至妊娠结束.分经养胎理论为安胎、保胎及防治妊娠疾病提供了逐月分经辨治的思路.基于古今医家对分经养胎理论、方法的质疑、批驳,认为将这一传统理论科学应用于现代临床,尚需理论完善和临床验证.
