Abstract
目的 考察黑膏药筋伤贴对动物皮肤的刺激性与过敏性反应.方法 取健康家兔连续多次皮肤给药,进行皮肤刺激性试验;健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性试验.结果 黑膏药筋伤贴对家兔完整和破损皮肤均无刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤无致敏性.结论 黑膏药筋伤贴皮肤用药无明显副作用,可安全用于临床.
